Privacy Policy

• Account info: your email and name, and either a password hash or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
• Uploaded PDFs and the text extracted from them.
• Chat messages and quiz attempts/answers.
• Basic usage data (timestamps, feature usage) to keep the service reliable and to improve it.

To run the core service: extracting and embedding PDF content for retrieval, generating AI answers, chapters, and quizzes, maintaining your chat history across sessions, and diagnosing issues.

Your data is processed by these providers as part of running the service:

• Google — OAuth sign-in only, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Microsoft Azure — hosting, Azure OpenAI (for embeddings and AI answers), Azure SQL (data storage), and Azure Blob Storage (uploaded PDFs).

We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Deleted PDFs and course sessions are soft-deleted and kept for 30 days before being permanently removed. Deleting your account removes your associated data under the same policy.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party ad-tracking cookies.

You can delete uploaded PDFs, courses, and sessions at any time from within the app. For full account deletion or any data request not covered by in-app tools, reach us at our contact page.

B-Axon is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
