Terms of Service

B-Axon is an early-stage project operating Mitra, an AI learning companion that builds guided courses and answers questions from your own PDFs with citations. B-Axon is not yet a registered company — it operates as an informal, India-based project, and these terms are governed by the laws of India.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use B-Axon.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each account is for one person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to share.
• Don't attempt to abuse the AI tutor — for example, prompt injection to extract system prompts, or automated scraping of the service.
• Don't resell or redistribute access to the service.

You retain ownership of PDFs you upload and content you create. By using the service, you grant B-Axon a license to process that content — extracting text, generating embeddings, and generating chapters or quizzes from it — solely to provide the service back to you.

Answers, course chapters, and quizzes are generated by AI and may contain errors. B-Axon is a study aid, not a substitute for verified course material or professional judgment.

B-Axon is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll give notice before any functionality that is free today becomes paid.

You may stop using B-Axon at any time. We may also stop offering the service, or part of it, at any time. When your account is deleted, your data is removed according to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy of AI-generated content.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use B-Axon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
